Church. Vatican is a city all

by itself, even though it is

in the middle of Rome. The

Vatican holds masterpieces by

an artist name Michelangelo.

Thousands of people visit the

Vatican every year. The pope

holds mass in front of many

people in the Vatican every

Easter Sunday morning.

San Giovanni Rotondo

San Giovanni Rotondo was

the home of Padre Pio of

Pielrelcina from his birth

until his death. Padre Pio

was a very spiritual person

who became a Roman Catholic

Priest. We pray to him as a

class. We visit a shrine

dedicated to Padre Pio at our

church. Saint Padre Pio’s

feast day is September 23.
