Hello! My name is Samantha . I am a 4 th grade student at Saint Helen’s School. I am interviewing my father Samir about Egypt.

1. What country are you from?

Answer 1: I am from Egypt.

2. Were you born in that country?

Answer 2: Yes, I was born in Egypt.

3. What part, town, or city of the country are you from? What language is spoken in this part of the country?

Answer 3: I am from Cairo, the capital of Egypt, and they speak Arabic.

4. Are there special events or monuments where you live? If so, what are they?

Answer 4: Yes, and they are the pyramids.

5. What is the weather like in the fall, winter, spring, and summer?

Answer 5: The weather is always hot in summer, regular days in spring and fall, and in winter the mornings are warm and the evenings are cold.

6. What waterways do you have in this country?

Answer 6: The waterways in Egypt are rivers, such as the Nile River.
